紫阳瓦房店北五省会馆

北五省会馆是乾隆年间陕西、山西、湖北、河南、山东五省客商在此共同修建，是当年五省客商商贸洽谈、议定行规、同乡聚会的场所。整个建筑沿南北中轴线依次建有戏楼、观戏楼、钟鼓楼、过殿、正殿，馆内有两棵400余年的桂花树。正殿过殿三面墙壁有近200平方米的清代壁画，整个壁画采用工笔手法绘制，场景宏大，用笔细腻，是目前陕西境内最大的一处清代建筑壁画，其规模之大，保存之完好、艺术水平之高，在国内也不多见。2013年3月瓦房店会馆群被国务院公布为第七批国家级重点文物保护单位。

瓦房店上通川蜀，下达荆湘，水运发达，是汉江通往任河的第一个集镇，是川、陕、鄂水路交通的重要码头，驿站和商贸货物的集散地。繁荣的商贸活动，引得全国各地的客商纷至沓来，在这里开商号，建会馆，一时间，瓦房店码头帆樯如林，商船争流，古驿道上背夫穿梭，骡马奔驰，这个河运码头因此盛极一时。
