陕钢
陕西钢厂，也叫52钢厂，在幸福南路109号，曾经是全国八个特钢国企之一。这家单位起源于1958年的西安钢铁大会战，那时候这里还很荒凉，1958年5月份的时候，来自西安本地的，还有鞍山、本溪、抚顺等东北老工业基地，以及太原、上海等钢铁企业的援建队伍来到这里，7月1日钢铁大会战动工，只用了57天，就顺利完成一期工程，成功炼出了第一炉钢，从此结束了西安“手无寸铁”的历史。
1996年开始陕西钢厂开始面临危机，然后就是经营滑坡、面临停产、资产重组、全面停产，这一切就发生在4年的时间里面，2002年，陕西钢厂正式宣布破产。
2002年西安建大科教产业有限公司，成功拍得陕钢破产资产。 如今的陕西钢厂厂区，已经被改建为了一个西安文创基地，成为一个集合工业历史，现代商业艺术空间设计的商业综合体，成为了西安城市的一个亮点。
